PAYMENT METHOD

PayPal, Zelle, and Apply Pay. Checks and money orders accepted from customers with a good purchase history.

TIME PAYMENTS

​

Time payments accepted on a case-by-case basis and will be outlined in each individual sale. All deposits and payments made are non-refundable. A payment is expected every 30 days unless otherwise agreed upon. I reserve the right to cancel the transaction and resell the piece if there is non-payment for two consecutive months with no communication.

SHIPPING

​

Orders will ship within three business days of receiving payment in full. Orders paid by check, money order, e-check, etc. will ship once the bank deposit has cleared. Please ensure the shipping address provided in PayPal is correct because that is where your order will ship to.

RETURNS

​

All sales are final on painted pieces. You have 3 days to inspect unpainted pieces and notify me of any issue.

REPAIRS

​

I am unavailable for repairs/restoration work. Feel free to contact me if you need assistance finding a repair artist.

​

Alteration to my finish work/customization is prohibited. You may customize unpainted resin pieces, but casting or reproduction of the customized piece is not allowed.

PRIVACY POLICY

Your personal information provided when placing an order will only be used to fulfill that order and/or to contact you in relation to your order. Information is not shared with any outside parties.
